Our Vision

Rate My Surfboard is a crowdsourced platform for surfers to share real board experiences. The person who knows your board best is you—and your feedback helps others, and others’ feedback helps you.

It’s not always easy to find surfboard reviews that feel genuinely useful across different skill levels and surfing styles. A board that works perfectly for one surfer in certain conditions might feel different for someone else. Our goal is to collect thoughtful, experience-based reviews so surfers can better understand what a board actually feels like to ride, and the kind of surfer it is for.

We want Rate My Surfboard to be a space where surfers bring their honest experiences. Reviews here should be written in the same spirit you’d bring to a conversation in the lineup: honest, specific, and fair, sharing both a board’s strengths and its limitations. Over time, we hope this becomes a go-to platform for surfers.
